Of the 110 representatives at the Towson, Maryland shop, 65 casted a ballot in favor and 33 against, as per a live count broadcast Saturday by the government organization directing the vote.
The vote comes after a gathering of workers called AppleCORE (Coalition of Organized Retail Employees) lobbied for unionization.
