Instagram is now going to allow users to repost other users’ posts and reels, as per the report by TechCrunch.
The company owned by Meta has recently reported to TechCrunch that they will soon allow users to repost other users’ posts and reels through a new tab.
So it means that Instagram is going to be more exciting and enjoyable.
However, the news has not been released publically but the TechCrunch reported that the company is planning the repost feature. The company will soon select users to test the repost feature, as per the report of TechCrunch.
So in this regard, a Meta spokesperson said in the email that they are working on the feature of reposting our reels and posts.
“We’re exploring the ability to reshare posts in Feed”, The spokesperson said.
In addition to this, the spokesperson said that they are planning to test this feature soon on a small number of users.
So this means that we have to wait until the official announcement of the repost button.
Now you would be thinking that whether there is a look available online on the Instagram repost button or not. So the answer is Yes! As there is a post by social media consultant Matt Navarra which shows the repost button which allows users to repost other users’ posts and reels.
Moreover, this tab will serve as a home to all the posts that the users have reshared on their respective accounts.
However, the tab in the screenshot appears on the users’ profile with other tabs such as
posts, reels, and tagged photos.
So it means it will appear right in front of the users.
Now, those who want to repost their posts are using third-party apps. As there is no direct option available to them.
But the company is now thinking over this issue and the needs of the users.
So let’s see when the repost option appears on our Instagram that will allow us to repost other users’ posts.
